Commercial Refrigeration: Where to Keep Your Pinot Grigio and Chablis

A friend of mine is fond of saying that red wine is for beef, and that white wine is for when you're out of red wine. I think I pretty much agree with him. I spend most of the year alternating between Chianti, cabernet sauvignon, and shiraz. But in the heat of summer a nice bottle of chilled white wine is very refreshing.

I enjoy of Pinot Grigio if I'm going to drink a white wine. Chablis is nice, too. I know Chardonnay is very popular, but I've never been a great fan of it.

I do like keeping a variety of wines around, though. If you have a lot of white wine at home you should consider a bigger fridge. Some sort of commercial refrigeration may be worth the cost if you have a lot of money invested in you white wines.

Whether it's red or white, enjoy your wine.
